01 Introduction & Client Brief

02 Concept Design
As a professionas, we integrate your design vision with practical building experience. We will prepare Concept Design drawings based on the brief provided by you. We then give a detailed Cost Plan to determine the project budget, before you commit to architectural and engineering drawings.
03 Preliminary Building Agreement
We add more detail and convey to our team of design consultants to put together your construction ready drawings. With your approved concept design, we are able to prepare your Preliminary Building Agreement. This agreement allows us to finalise the construction documents required for building approval. Further, you’ll engage with our interior designers who’ll assist you in completing the selections of your finishes, fixtures and fittings. Your renovation costs are then updated and confirmed, enabling us to present a true Fixed Price Quotation to build your home based on your construction ready drawings and inclusions.
04 Fixed Price Building Contract
We present you with a genuine Fixed Price Contract proposal to brenovate your space. There is no “guesstimation” or use of Provisional Sums (PSs) and Prime Costs (PCs). From your tile selections, joinery finishes, door handles, we provide accurate accounts in relation to funds.
05 Renovation Begins
The moment we have all been waiting for. Renovations begin, and you are kept up to date throughout the whole process. Regular scheduled site meetings are also conducted so that you stay updated. This becomes a part of the seamless process from start to finish.
06 Hand-Over
We’ll walk you through your new home and hand you over the keys with an unforgettable experience.
